As the aroma of fresh coffee fills our hearts and homes this December, we’re reminded of the true reason we celebrate: the birth of Jesus Christ. Christmas isn’t just about lights, gifts, or even gathering around a warm cup—it’s about the greatest gift ever given. Over two thousand years ago, in a humble manger, God’s love entered the world in the form of a tiny baby. Jesus, Emmanuel, “God with us,” came to bring hope, peace, and salvation to all.
At Cafe Con Dios, our prayer is that every cup we serve and every connection we make reflects the light and love of Christ. This season, as we share coffee and conversation, let’s also share kindness, encouragement, and generosity—reminding each other that God’s love is for everyone, no matter where they are on their journey.

We’ll guide you through the entire coffee journey, starting with the origins and cultivation of the beans and ending with the perfect cup in your hands.
Each participant will have their own setup, allowing for plenty of practice and personal attention. You’ll learn the fundamentals of coffee brewing, from grinding and dosing to mastering the pour-over technique. We’ll dive into the art of espresso, teach you how to steam milk to perfection, and even explore the creative world of latte art. To round out the experience, we’ll host a coffee tasting session, where you’ll discover how to identify different flavor profiles and what makes each coffee unique.
